Excellent service.
A bit pricy for what it is, but it's worth it for one night. The breakfast selection could be improved.

The desert location provided a stunning backdrop for our stay, with the opportunity to experience camel rides and ATV rides in the beautiful Wahiba Sands. Our spacious family tent offered a quiet and peaceful retreat, and the breakfast and dinner options were satisfactory. The easy access to the dunes made our stay convenient and enjoyable.
Some guests reported noise issues during their stay.

Hotel very clean quiet and comfortable. Location easy to reach and meals and activity included were pleasant.
any activities a la carte very expensive120 euros for a 1 hour walk in the desert!!!. Interesting option for a short stay. A pool would improve the luxuriois aspect of the place.

Amazing place! My friend and I stayed here for just one night but loved every minute. From watching the sunset on top of the sand dune to star gazing to sand boarding to riding camels it was perfect! The staff is fantastic; they saw to our every need and were super friendly. Our 'tent' was lovely; very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Makes me never want to go back to real tents! I highly recommend a stay at Desert Nights Camp!

We had a fantastic stay at a desert resort near Al Wasil. The location was absolutely stunning, with picturesque sand dunes all around. We even got to see wild camels during our drive to the resort. The highlight was definitely the complementary sunset trip up a sand dune, where we were treated to breathtaking views. And the "tents" were lovely, offering a comfortable and unique experience. The food, especially the barbecue dinner, was delicious. There was also a great selection of activities available, including quad bike rides and sunrise drives in the desert. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this resort.

Helpful and friendly staff and excellent services, relaxing atmosphere. Before checking into the camp, we decided to drive to Wadi Bani Khalid, which was supposed to be only a fourty mins drive. In the end, took us over one hour to get there. It was really nice, worth visiting, but be careful with your time planning. You should be at the camp before five, not to miss the sunset at dunes. We stayed only one night, so no time to get bored. Free camel riding in the morning (10 mins), other activities are charged.

As soon as I arrived I felt peaceful and relax. The hustle and bustle of the city was so far removed, all I had to look at were beautiful calm russet sand dunes and an occassional camel munching away. It couldn't have appeared more peaceful. Then I was shown my accommodations! Ahhh! More relaxation to be had. Decorated in Omani style that was pleasing to a Westerner! You had the choice of dinner and breakfast inside or outside. Inspite of being in the midst the desert, eating outside was lovely! Then I went dunebashing! That was unbelievable and something one wouldn't believe until experiencing it themselves! Imaging going down a vertical drop, backwards......Yikes I had a wonderful time.

The desert location of this resort offers stunning sunset views from the sand dunes, a magical experience according to one reviewer. The tented rooms provide a luxurious and spacious stay, with comfortable amenities including bathrobes. Guests can enjoy a buffet dinner under the stars and experience the beauty of the night sky. Wifi is surprisingly fast for a desert location.
Directions to the resort can be confusing, with construction on the main road causing difficulty for some travelers.

The staff were very friendly. Good food. Free pick up at the petrol station where we parked our car since it was not a 4 wheel drive and could not be driven to the camp. Fantastic sunset spent sitting on top of the dunes. I would recommend the dune bashing activity. Luxury in the middle of the desert. All in all, a wonderful experience.
The price could be a bit friendlier but nothing is cheap in Oman.
